About Broccoli Sprout Juice

Vegus Foods is the only producer of broccoli sprout juice in the world.

Contains Sulforaphane:

Independent laboratories have assayed Vegus Foods’ Broccoli Sprout Juice to contain at least 25 micromoles of isothiocyanates (from sulforaphane) per 10 ml, which means one 40ml tube contains a huge 100 micro moles isothiocyanates from sulforaphane, see analysis report. The John Hopkins Institute recommended a dose of 40 micro moles per day.

How Can I Get Enough Sulforaphane?

This is a great question and you can read here a detailed answer.

Just one tube of our Broccoli Sprout juice contains 250% of the amount recommended by the John Hopkins Institute.

Alternatively, you could eat:

2.6 kg / 5.3 lbs fresh broccoli… or

1.3 kg / 2.6 lbs fresh broccoli sprouts

We juice young broccoli sprouts because at 5 to 6 days old, the sprouts contain over one hundred times more sulphoraphane per gram than fully mature broccoli.

Why is Sulforaphane Important?

We are not allowed to tell you why, but we can tell you that there have been more than 1,300 peer reviewed studies (click to read a few of these reports) showing the effects of sulforaphane on ******, *********, **********, ******* ***********, ******* ******, ***** *******, ******, **** *******, ********* and *** *********.  To find out more please search for sulforaphane

Broccoli Sprout Juice is a Good Source of Nutrients and Enzymes

This wonderful juice contains minerals and vitamins and, when it is raw and cold pressed, it is abundant in enzymes which heat-treated juices or powdered and  freeze-dried extracts do not contain.  These enzymes help the body break down fats and proteins.
